Steer clear. Advertised a welcome bonus, then when I registered, it still listed this welcome bonus in my promotions tab. But after wagering the required amount, they tell me I'm not eligible due to a management decision. OK whatever, but that should have been clear before I registered / wagered - not still showing me this promotion. Support said it would have shown as active in my Bonuses section of My Account (and not Promotions within My Account) but it doesn't say that in the offer Ts and Cs so how would anyone know that?Very disingenuous - if they aren't going to offer the bonus this should be made 100% clear, people join for welcome bonuses, that is the point of them, so they've encouraged me to join and gamble under false pretences. EDIT - my issue is not that I didn't get the bonus, it's that it was showing as active in my promotions and then they said I wasn't entitled to it. It is this that I am most concerned about, it should have been made clearer to me I did not qualify. They have also changed bonus terms over night and can't give me a copy of the Ts and Cs they claim I signed up to. Generally feels a bit off.
