Review Time
I have repeatedly unsubscribed from receiving emails from this bookmaker, around half a dozen times, yet I still seem to get their emails. Sometimes it can take a few hours, days or even a couple of weeks before the changes take effect but not months! I have used their unsubscribe link in their emails at the bottom as well as the unsubscribe link through my email provider, yet they still keep coming. I am at a loss as how to stop their incessant and almost nuisance emails. I am also not surprised by the volume of bad reviews this bookmaker has received in recent weeks/months. Had I have had the initiative to check these before signing up then I wouldn’t have signed up. There are several other small bugbears with this bookmaker which I don’t have time to go into right now, which in isolation they (the bugbears) are manageable, but the amount of them just about push the bookmakers into the category of businesses I’d stay away from. I also notice that Quickbet are quick to reply to bad reviews, of which there are plenty of them, and some of those replies seem somewhat patronising towards the person who has submitted the review.
I hear you say your responses are varied in tone, based on the reviewers tone whether it be sharp or not. It sounds to me like you respond based on the eye for an eye idea. This may seem tempting, however I think it comes across as unprofessional and unhelpful when delivered from a business. It's almost as if the business is there to seek revenge, which again is unprofessional. I haven't seen other gambling businesses respond like this. I haven't been on the receiving end of a sharp response from yourselves but who's to say you won't do so in the future. This is just a bit of feedback for you to consider.
Don't bet on this site if you are serious about sports betting I have betyed for over 15 years and this one was a first for me i placed a bet the bet was accepted mlmey left my balance I them logged put watched the bet roll in one of the easiest bets I had won which was over £700 i was very happy logged back in shortly after to just see my stake money in the balance and no winnings after looking through my past bets the vet was nowhere to he seen so I quickly contacted customer support to query this they quickly identified the bet and said it had been rejected without no explanation at all leaving me very disgruntled and fuming I quickly withdrew my balance and will not bet with this company again very disappointing withdrawal was quick and easy and I did not use the casino so can't comment on that but sportsbook experience was very poor.

Steer clear. Advertised a welcome bonus, then when I registered, it still listed this welcome bonus in my promotions tab. But after wagering the required amount, they tell me I'm not eligible due to a management decision. OK whatever, but that should have been clear before I registered / wagered - not still showing me this promotion. Support said it would have shown as active in my Bonuses section of My Account (and not Promotions within My Account) but it doesn't say that in the offer Ts and Cs so how would anyone know that?Very disingenuous - if they aren't going to offer the bonus this should be made 100% clear, people join for welcome bonuses, that is the point of them, so they've encouraged me to join and gamble under false pretences. EDIT - my issue is not that I didn't get the bonus, it's that it was showing as active in my promotions and then they said I wasn't entitled to it. It is this that I am most concerned about, it should have been made clearer to me I did not qualify. They have also changed bonus terms over night and can't give me a copy of the Ts and Cs they claim I signed up to. Generally feels a bit off.

Site was incredibly glitchy and I had a bad experience where I got an error message while placing a bet so I refreshed and tried placing again which then struck. I then noticed later that the first one has also struck without my knowledge. I asked customer service to refund the £20 from the duplicate bet when I realised BUT THEY FLATLY REFUSED AND SAID THERE WERE NO GLITCHES REPORTED. AVOID AVOID AVOID THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR GOODWILL THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY ANYWAY THEY CAN GET IT
