Site was incredibly glitchy and I had a bad experience where I got an error message while placing a bet so I refreshed and tried placing again which then struck. I then noticed later that the first one has also struck without my knowledge. I asked customer service to refund the £20 from the duplicate bet when I realised BUT THEY FLATLY REFUSED AND SAID THERE WERE NO GLITCHES REPORTED. AVOID AVOID AVOID THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR GOODWILL THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY ANYWAY THEY CAN GET IT
