I have repeatedly unsubscribed from receiving emails from this bookmaker, around half a dozen times,

I have repeatedly unsubscribed from receiving emails from this bookmaker, around half a dozen times, yet I still seem to get their emails. Sometimes it can take a few hours, days or even a couple of weeks before the changes take effect but not months! I have used their unsubscribe link in their emails at the bottom as well as the unsubscribe link through my email provider, yet they still keep coming. I am at a loss as how to stop their incessant and almost nuisance emails. I am also not surprised by the volume of bad reviews this bookmaker has received in recent weeks/months. Had I have had the initiative to check these before signing up then I wouldn’t have signed up. There are several other small bugbears with this bookmaker which I don’t have time to go into right now, which in isolation they (the bugbears) are manageable, but the amount of them just about push the bookmakers into the category of businesses I’d stay away from. I also notice that Quickbet are quick to reply to bad reviews, of which there are plenty of them, and some of those replies seem somewhat patronising towards the person who has submitted the review.

I hear you say your responses are varied in tone, based on the reviewers tone whether it be sharp or not. It sounds to me like you respond based on the eye for an eye idea. This may seem tempting, however I think it comes across as unprofessional and unhelpful when delivered from a business. It's almost as if the business is there to seek revenge, which again is unprofessional. I haven't seen other gambling businesses respond like this. I haven't been on the receiving end of a sharp response from yourselves but who's to say you won't do so in the future. This is just a bit of feedback for you to consider.
