My biggest complaint is that services are too costly. I will be taking my business away from Intuit ASAP, once I can figure out how to extract my data from the mess this bloodsucking company has gotten me into.
QBO, is bloated with useless content. I only use a third of the "tools" I have access to. But, nevertheless, In order to have access to a budget tool I need to be on the third subscription tier which costs $110 per month plus tax. If there was less useless content added to each tier, there would be no way for QBO to justify this hugely inflated cost for such a quintessential financial tool like a budget.
At a time when small businesses are being decimated financially, QBO should be making things more accessible for its user base. Instead, it adds clunky, ineffective and unnecessary tools that struggle to use AI. No business owner that I know is asking for these upgrades.
QBO uses false optics to lull its small business customers into a false sense of security. But, the proof is in their actions. QBO regularly increases its costs significantly, adds poorly coded and unnecessary features which it then uses to justify these extortion level cost increases.
The claims and branding QBO uses to portray itself as a company that is "here for the small business" are just false. Intuit's business tactics only hurt small business owners. The company is out of touch and simply just another tech conglomerate looking to suck your wallet dry. I will be telling all of my peers to stay away.
