They migrated me from QBSE to Quick Books Sole Trader + as my self employed account was not MTD compliant. The Migration duplicated transactions and left me with double transactions... After contacting support who did not do anything their side but advise on deleting a years worth of duplicated transactions. After spending hours on this the turnover was the same...double what it should be. They then got me to open another account and gave them accountant access which after three weeks of badgering them to sort it they have done nothing to fix this. They even asked for a video of how I deleted my duplicated transactions as they obviously don't know themselves. I get referred to the other team and hear nothing. I have since lost confidence and in them and wont be registering my MTD with them as their figures still puts my turnover at double what it is...
I have now had to start a whole tax year of work again with a different company.
Obviously Quick Books Sole Trader is not yet MTD ready and QB loosing me as a client is only a few quid, But for me losing reliable accounting data just before the end of the tax year is days of extra work for me to try fix which I cant afford..
