I have purchased an Ancestry DNA Test kit from Quick DNA, and returned the swabs for testing to the Czech Republic for analysis on July 01st, 2024 with regular mail.I have never received any results. Even though I gave them my order number with proof of purchase, they have not shown a concern about it. I felt that I was dealing with bureaucratic red tapes.I have given up on them. I ham extremely disappointed. I will never use Ferber Enterprises Quick DNA again.
