If I could give this company a 0 stars I would. Used them twice now only because the first time they told me swabs weren’t done currently so unsure how accurate the results were it took me weeks of emailing them to get my results. They gave me 50% off so I ordered a second lot sent it back express delivery so I wouldn’t have to wait so long this time ( I was wrong). I am still waiting to receive my results and it’s been 9 days since they received my swabs. Their customer service is shocking I sent 10+ probably emails at this rate and they just started ignoring every single email. I have heard nothing back from them. As if this wasn’t a sensitive time already before I had to fork all the money out for the tests now I’m not even receiving the results it’s not good enough. Please if ur reading this before you order please save your money and don’t do it!!.
