After ordering Animal Breed tests I first received paternity tests. After some back and fort with customer service they re-sent new ones that I received but... this time I got the Ancestry tests. Both times without any explanations nor envelope to send the tests back to the laboratory once carried out.And there is no way to reach customer service, my mails bounce back telling me they're inbox is over limit. For the moment, I would not at all recommend anyone buying their products. I fear we just lost 200€ for nothing.
