I rented a car twice. The first time was fine, but during the second rental, they did not return my deposit. On WhatsApp, they either say they will check and get back to me but never do, or they simply ignore my messages. This behavior is quite surprising and unusual. They could at least provide an explanation or respond. I'm contemplating filing a police report.
