Review Time
My experience with this rental company was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
The pickup was arranged as a “meet and greet,” yet I had to wait over an hour before receiving the vehicle. When the car was finally delivered, it had an almost empty gas tank, which was unacceptable and created immediate inconvenience at the start of my rental.
I also paid a security deposit using my credit card. After the rental ended, the company refused to return the deposit to the original form of payment and instead requested my bank account information. I was not comfortable sharing my banking details, as refunding to the original payment method is standard practice.
Because the deposit was not returned, I had to involve my credit card company. After reviewing the documentation, and after 3.5 months of waiting, I finally received my security deposit back.
The entire experience, from pickup delays to the deposit issue, was stressful and unprofessional. I will never rent a car from this company again, and I strongly encourage others to clarify all policies in writing before booking.

I wish I read a few reviews first, as I see this is a common problem with them
I rented a vehicle twice. The first experience was smooth, but during the second rental, they did not return my deposit. On WhatsApp, they either promise to check back with me and never follow through, or they completely ignore my messages. This is quite surprising and unusual behavior. They could at least provide an explanation or respond to my inquiries. I'm considering filing a police report regarding this issue.
I have yet to receive my deposit back. I returned the car on November 26, which was 50 days ago. Despite following up on WhatsApp multiple times, I was told the refund had been processed weeks ago, but nothing has appeared in my account. This situation is unacceptable and unprofessional. Additional issues include chaotic car pickup, unfriendly staff, and poor communication. I do not recommend this service and want to warn others about the deposit issue.
AVOID! I received a poor-quality car and it took me an extra 4 hours to return for a replacement. This was especially challenging with a young child. Returning the car was also a hassle; no one was aware they needed to collect it. I ended up leaving the key on the tire to catch my flight. They do not respond to WhatsApp messages, and if you lack a local number, you're out of luck. I also received a speeding fine, and they charged my card without permission. Getting a refund is nearly impossible. They don't respond to messages and insist I visit their branch, while I live abroad. If you want a stress-free holiday, avoid renting from them.

The total cost was much higher than advertised, and the deposit return was slow with constant excuses. This is the worst rental service I've encountered in the region. Steer clear of this place.
