I have yet to receive my deposit back. I returned the car on November 26, which was 50 days ago. Despite following up on WhatsApp multiple times, I was told the refund had been processed weeks ago, but nothing has appeared in my account. This situation is unacceptable and unprofessional. Additional issues include chaotic car pickup, unfriendly staff, and poor communication. I do not recommend this service and want to warn others about the deposit issue.
