This is a great place to have all of my important document safe and secure. Also, my adult children now have access to our information should something happen to my husband or myself. It does use AI technology, but from what I have used has been limited in scope. It was not helpful with usernames and passwords even though I had it all on an excel spreadsheet where it could have loaded all of that information instantly. Instead, I had to do it all by hand. I even called support to help me and that was their response. I don't find it as user friendly as it could be.
