I've been a Quicken Classic customer for nearly 30 years. It's gotten nothing but buggier and more unstable over time while the price has continued to rise. It recently notified me that due to security upgrades I needed to update all of my logins. Did it make this easy? Absolutely not. I had to deactivate each account manually. Not each institution, each account at each institution. Over a dozen. Not only do I have to rebuild each one, Quicken only recognizes half the accounts for an institution for which it previously allowed me to link to existing accounts, e.g., checking and savings. It's forcing me to add accounts, i.e., home equity LoC, signature LoC, and credit card, that it previously allowed me to link to.
