Edit to below post. I was kindly sent a new goal as a replacement as the parts were still out of stock after 9 months.The pole on my goal broke just out of warranty. Apparently it would've been in warranty if I had signed up to their spam mail. Customer service said they'd have to charge for the part, but they didn't know when it would be in stock.I would've had to keep contacting them for up to 3 months to see when the part was in.Instead, I've chosen to buy another make of goal and share my bad experience with Quickplay.
