Fairly inexpensive, which drew me in for a new startup business that's focusing on online sales and not so much calls/in-person. Had the service for about a year now, and aside from the AI voice greeting attendant, I haven't been very impressed overall. I stuck with it out of a lack of interest in spending the effort to find a better provider.However I NEED THIS LINE TO WORK! The call quality is often quite terrible, with delays and a bit of an echo. I find myself accidently talking over customers because of the 1-2 second delays.Right now the line isn't even accepting calls, and despite calling the "24/7 Support" phone number, it just rings and rings and rings... They're not even using an answering service?!? I'm having a hard time believing most of the reviews I see on here, as there's no way my experience is this rough and everyone else is as pleased as they're claiming...
