They have great support and a wonderful product. What made me choose them is they have what I call call back and sometimes people call it call through. It works like this, when you make outbound calls it uses your carriers voice network instead of the mobile carrier’s Internet. This prevents dropped calls and high latency when you’re driving down the street and/or traveling where cellular Internet isn’t too good. You get the benefit of their mobile app while at the same time the benefit of using a voice carrier to place the call. Inbound calls also get forwarded to your mobile phone via the voice carrier. All while at the same time showing your business number on outbound calls for they place the call for you. Wonderful product!
The phone number that I bought from them worked for less than a month. Anyone who called me on the number - said that they could hear the phone ringing but in my app there was no ring no notification. I tried to get help from them - it worked for a day and stopped working again- same issue. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
I have been using Ringover Quicktalk for some months now and I have to say I am very happy with my experience. For starters, the customer service is fantastic, both in the Uk and the US, super helpful and attentive, available when you need them, and very friendly on the phone. And in terms of the function itself, the line is very clear and I have had no issues. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable phone service.
I’ve been using QuickTalk for a little while now, and I’m really impressed! The app is super easy to use, the interface is clean, and it’s made staying connected so much simpler. Fairly inexpensive, which drew me in for a new startup business that's focusing on online sales and not so much calls/in-person. Had the service for about a year now, and aside from the AI voice greeting attendant, I haven't been very impressed overall. I stuck with it out of a lack of interest in spending the effort to find a better provider.However I NEED THIS LINE TO WORK! The call quality is often quite terrible, with delays and a bit of an echo. I find myself accidently talking over customers because of the 1-2 second delays.Right now the line isn't even accepting calls, and despite calling the "24/7 Support" phone number, it just rings and rings and rings... They're not even using an answering service?!? I'm having a hard time believing most of the reviews I see on here, as there's no way my experience is this rough and everyone else is as pleased as they're claiming...
