I recently signed up for QuickTalk after receiving a promotional email and decided to give it a try. I paid for the $24 plan, but after completing the verification, they declined it because I don’t have a US citizen ID even though my company is a registered US LLC with an EIN. This requirement was never clearly mentioned before payment. After explaining the situation, they said they would “request a refund,” but I still haven’t received any confirmation or payment back. It’s really disappointing to have such unclear terms and poor follow-through on refunds. Hoping they resolve this soon and improve transparency for future customers.
