They have great support and a wonderful product. What made me choose them is they have what I call call back and sometimes people call it call through. It works like this, when you make outbound calls it uses your carriers voice network instead of the mobile carrier’s Internet. This prevents dropped calls and high latency when you’re driving down the street and/or traveling where cellular Internet isn’t too good. You get the benefit of their mobile app while at the same time the benefit of using a voice carrier to place the call. Inbound calls also get forwarded to your mobile phone via the voice carrier. All while at the same time showing your business number on outbound calls for they place the call for you. Wonderful product!
