The ball is okay, but they charge a monthly fee I had no idea about, and so hard to stop it. The ball itself is good enough for kids practicing at home, doesn't always bounce straight up, but better than loud balls etc. I have no idea how I was signed up to a monthly "Pro VIP" membership that charges $30 US per month. So far I'm emailing them to stop this, I cannot see anywhere online how I can stop this payment and it does seem somewhat misleading. I will update this review with the outcome - after my first email requesting to stop the payments they only explained it is a VIP membership and did not stop the payments. Time will tell... Edit with the final update - they confirmed after 4 emails requesting a cancellation that the ongoing charges would be stopped. By other reviews here it seems it is catching a lot of people out, so buyer beware. Their email responses were reasonably prompt, I will acknowledge that.
