I've also heard that many people are charged immediately without realizing it, but I can't confirm the details since I'm not the one handling the payments. Overall, steer clear of this product!

They displayed prices in one currency but charged in another. Additionally, they automatically enroll you in a service that costs $29.99, which is ineffective; the videos constantly buffer and never play. Don't be fooled.

I subsequently requested a cancellation and a refund (which they promise within 30 days), yet they proceeded to ship the product after my request. For over two weeks, I've been trying to obtain return instructions, but they have stopped communicating. Additionally, they enrolled me in a monthly subscription that I did not sign up for; I've canceled it, but I have yet to receive a refund for the subscription fee. I strongly advise against buying from this service.
I regret ordering from this company without checking the reviews first! I cancelled my order within 12 hours, expecting a full refund as per their policy. I also realized the charge was in USD, not AUD as I was led to believe. While they quickly cancelled my order, it's been nearly a month and I still haven't received my AUD 264.82 (USD 169.99) refund! I've reached out multiple times, but they just claim the refund is in my account and provide the same receipt without any bank transaction proof. I've spent countless hours on the phone with my bank, only to be told that no funds from this company have been deposited into my account!

The ball is okay, but they charge a monthly fee I had no idea about, and so hard to stop it. The ball itself is good enough for kids practicing at home, doesn't always bounce straight up, but better than loud balls etc. I have no idea how I was signed up to a monthly "Pro VIP" membership that charges $30 US per month. So far I'm emailing them to stop this, I cannot see anywhere online how I can stop this payment and it does seem somewhat misleading. I will update this review with the outcome - after my first email requesting to stop the payments they only explained it is a VIP membership and did not stop the payments. Time will tell... Edit with the final update - they confirmed after 4 emails requesting a cancellation that the ongoing charges would be stopped. By other reviews here it seems it is catching a lot of people out, so buyer beware. Their email responses were reasonably prompt, I will acknowledge that.
