I bought two basketballs and mats for my kids, only to discover that the price was in US dollars instead of Australian dollars! I immediately requested a full refund, but was offered a 15% discount instead, which I declined. After waiting another week, I received another offer for 20% off, which I also turned down. It's been 14 days without a response, and I haven't seen any money returned to my account or received the product. I'm extremely disappointed and will not recommend this service to anyone considering these products. I am a very frustrated customer!
