I regret ordering from this company without checking the reviews first! I cancelled my order within 12 hours, expecting a full refund as per their policy. I also realized the charge was in USD, not AUD as I was led to believe. While they quickly cancelled my order, it's been nearly a month and I still haven't received my AUD 264.82 (USD 169.99) refund! I've reached out multiple times, but they just claim the refund is in my account and provide the same receipt without any bank transaction proof. I've spent countless hours on the phone with my bank, only to be told that no funds from this company have been deposited into my account!
