**CAUTION ADVISED** I made a purchase while in Australia, expecting to be charged in AUD, but instead, USD was deducted from my account. I subsequently requested a cancellation and a refund (which they promise within 30 days), yet they proceeded to ship the product after my request. For over two weeks, I've been trying to obtain return instructions, but they have stopped communicating. Additionally, they enrolled me in a monthly subscription that I did not sign up for; I've canceled it, but I have yet to receive a refund for the subscription fee.
