Definitely lost another customer with this one - I ordered a nice shirt back in May. At the time of purchase I was charged twice. I called Immediately to resolve the issue before it shipped and dealt with the worst customer service of my life. The gentleman told me it was an “online error,” and there’s nothing they could do and would not even cancel the order all together for me. Seriously, they refused to issue a refund and gave me no solutions what so ever. Completely disappointed in their actions and unprofessionalism. Billabong and Reef is cooler anyways lol.
