I ordered shoes from a retailer. The left shoe was a different size than the right. My feet are similar in size, so I returned them. The returns page states, "If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer support team for return instructions; otherwise, we won't cover return costs." I contacted support, but they still charged me for return shipping. I should have checked reviews beforehand.

I returned shorts that didn't fit on July 29th, and the customer service has ignored all my communications. If I don't receive a response in the next week, I will pursue this through small claims court. I will never shop here again; it's been a horrible experience.
