I placed an order that never arrived and was informed it was canceled by the company. I tried to figure out the reason and was on hold for over 10 minutes to talk to a representative. They mentioned the order was reinitiated, but then I was put on hold and the call got disconnected. When I called back, I waited another 10 minutes to speak with someone who had no record of my order from December 31. There was no record of our previous conversation, and my order seemed to be lost. I'm reordering, hoping to finally receive the product I need.
