With other brands it takes a long time to use and redeem points, however, Quill as gained my trust and my future business by stripping unnecessary hurdles or rewards that feel anything, but a reward. This service and commitment to me as a new customer will pay dividends in the long run as I am committed to continuing a long lasting relationship with the brand and will recommend to family, friends and collogues.
I placed an order that never arrived and was informed it was canceled by the company. I tried to figure out the reason and was on hold for over 10 minutes to talk to a representative. They mentioned the order was reinitiated, but then I was put on hold and the call got disconnected. When I called back, I waited another 10 minutes to speak with someone who had no record of my order from December 31. There was no record of our previous conversation, and my order seemed to be lost. I'm reordering, hoping to finally receive the product I need.
I've used the service a few times and have consistently received outstanding support. The customer service team was very friendly and addressed my inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently. This level of assistance is truly valued, especially in an era dominated by chatbots.

The email guided me to edit my cart if needed before checking out. However, when I logged in, nothing was saved, and I couldn't access my previous work. When I attempted to edit again, the site glitched at the 'Next' button, requiring me to start from scratch. I've had favorable experiences with this company before, but this was frustrating.
