The design was not stitched as shown; it looked spray-painted. Their return policy is frustrating; they keep 20% of the purchase price if returned. I paid $140, so I would lose $28, plus an extra $14 for shipping that isn't refunded. To avoid losing $42 just to return it, I decided to keep it, ensuring they wouldn't profit from my return. This feels like a scam. They profit whether you return the product or not. It's unethical, and they should be held accountable for misleading customers!
