What a scam company. Starting a chargeback
against them and then sending out an email blast to all my customers to stay away from this scam outfit

The design wasn't stitched as depicted; it looked spray-painted. Their return policy is frustrating; they keep 20% of the purchase price if returned. I spent $140, losing $28, plus $14 for shipping that's not refunded. To avoid losing $42 to return it, I chose to keep it, ensuring they wouldn't profit from my return. This feels like a scam. They profit regardless of whether the product is returned. It's unethical, and they should be held accountable for misleading customers!
I ordered a large, beautiful royal blue Christmas tree skirt with white Christmas trees. What I got was a small purple tree skirt with purple and white trees and black trim. It looks poorly made, with no real quilting. It’s the flimsiest, cheapest item I have ever received online. Avoid ordering from them; you won't get your money back.
Returns are not allowed, and the product quality is terrible. There was no tag with care instructions or material type. What I bought for over $100 was just a patterned piece of fabric, not a quilt. Its true value is maybe $40. DO NOT PURCHASE!

The customer service was responsive. However, the item is NOTHING like what was advertised. It’s a cheap printed item, not a quilt design. Aside from basic machine stitching, it’s not handmade. I wanted to return it to get my $104 back, and the customer service helped me with the return information.
The advertising is completely misleading. I purchased what appeared to be a beautiful 3D quilt, but what I received was a poor print on fabric. The Christmas tree skirt had kittens, some of which were so distorted they didn't have faces. The customer service email seems fake, making it impossible to contact them. I've reported them.
I wish I had seen reviews before ordering. I bought a Cat Laundry Basket, a Christmas Pines Pillow, and a Christmas Tree Skirt. None of them resembled the quilted items shown online. They were all just printed images on polyester cotton, lacking any real stitching. The images were blurry, and I couldn't cancel part of my order due to their strict cancellation policy.
