I spent $140, losing $28, plus $14 for shipping that's not refunded. To avoid losing $42 to return it, I chose to keep it, ensuring they wouldn't profit from my return. This feels like a scam. They profit regardless of whether the product is returned. It's unethical, and they should be held accountable for misleading customers!
