I had an amazing experience with Quince customer support. Unfortunately, the wrong item was shipped in my order - which is no big deal, it happens! - and I was able to chat with a support specialist who sent me the correct item with a new tracking number in less than 5 minutes! Due to the minor inconvenience, they let me keep the item I was sent as well. Even though it was the wrong item, the shipping was FAST!! Overall, I am very pleased with my experience here.
