Purchased a $60 dress and a stainless $30 French Press from Quince. The items arrived quickly. The French Press is good quality, but the dress is appalling.

It stank to high heaven when I opened the package. I washed it in cold water and dried on cool, only to have it come out faded, with a zillion nubs all over it, looking like it had been in the rag bag for twenty years.

Hugely disappointed in this company. Have requested a full refund and will hopefully get it.

Orders from quince have always been quick and easy. For the first time, I had an issue when a porch bandit stole a delivery from outside a commercial building. I texted support, and the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes! Could not have been an easier experience!

I ordered 2 items. They charged me for both, sat on it a week, canceled one of them at the last minute, and told me there was no way I could cancel the other item. They gave me the opportunity to make a return when it arrives (because who doesn't love extra steps), but it's still going to take another week for the refund of the item they didn't have to begin with. I contacted customer service and was offered 10% off my next nightmare experience with them. What a horrible horrible company. I am so deeply disappointed that I gave them a chance at all.

I ordered 2 items: a Quilt & a Bed Blanket. Both items were listed to arrive between 2/14 & 2/19. I had no problem waiting the 10 days but when only the Quilt arrived I checked online and the Blanket was still showing it was in transit, one town over, and set to be delivered by 2/19. Today is 2/20 & the blanket did not arrive. I txtd cust. service and after the rep looked up the order she advised that FedEx deemed the blanket undeliverable and it was being returned to Quince. I asked why one item was delivered and one not & was told that she had no other info. I could get a refund or she could reorder the item and it would take another 10-14 days. I ask if there was any type of credit I could receive for the inconvenience and she told me I could get $15 off a future order. This seems like a very poor option since I will not be forced to spend more money in order to receive my credit. I would have definitely gone ahead with the reorder if they would have issued the credit to the item with the problem.

I love this company. The products are quality with no frills. The bedding is fabulous and I've liked most of the clothes I've tried. Clothes can be hit or miss personally but still good quality for the price. Customer service is also great.

They were offering a special that would save you a further $40 as long as you spent over 300. Unfortunately, I couldn’t bundle the sheets with my duvet cover as they were out of stock. 12 hours later the sheets were in stock and the company still honoured that original deal!

It was my first time ordering from them. I was skeptical at first. I read the reviews. I decided to take a chance. My 7 years old needed a new coat. Unfortunately the size I wanted was sold out. I had to purchase a size close to his size. I got an email that will be shipped out soon. Then a few days another emailing arriving before my youngest goes to his father's place. When it arrived so neatly packaged. My youngest was so happy and when I put it on him he loved how it felt. I was amazed on the quality! The only downside I want to buy one more it is still sold out. I would will be buying more from this company in the future.
