I ordered 2 items. They charged me for both, sat on it a week, canceled one of them at the last minute, and told me there was no way I could cancel the other item. They gave me the opportunity to make a return when it arrives (because who doesn't love extra steps), but it's still going to take another week for the refund of the item they didn't have to begin with. I contacted customer service and was offered 10% off my next nightmare experience with them. What a horrible horrible company. I am so deeply disappointed that I gave them a chance at all.
