I've have been purchasing from Quinlan's physical premises in Macroom for as long as I can remember & make a point of calling whenever I pass through the town. One of the primary reasons I keep going back is their customer service, they always make it feel like a personal shopping experience with the attention they show you .I am delighted to say this has also come across to their online presence. Placing last minute orders for presents at Christmas time while in a different country is always a recipe for disaster, but Niamh in their online department guided me & made sure I got the right gifts selected, and more importantly, made sure they were delivered in time.This is why I will now also be a returning customer to their online store as well as their physical store
