Excellent Customer Service

Excellent customer service.I rang with a query about a product that I wanted to gift as a Christmas present. I was not sure if Quinlans had it in stock.I had searched everywhere for it...James promptly contacted me and located the product in the store...within in minutes of ordering it on the Quinlans website I received a confirmation email and notification that the product had been sent out for delivery. I received the item within days, beautifully gift wrapped with a lovely note. I cannot recommend Quinlans highly enough.
