I do not recommend this agency if you plan to rent out your property. They allowed tenants to change without informing us about the new occupants and permitted additional people to move in without our knowledge. Their inspection reports were poorly conducted; for instance, they reported the kitchen floor as being in good condition, despite it deteriorating for nine months. Now we have to replace the entire floor, which they claimed was a design issue.
