I have had a highly disappointing experience as a tenant with this agency. Recently, there were two incidents of unauthorized access to my rental. The last occurrence was during a private work meeting when staff entered my home without permission, arriving well before the scheduled viewing. This was disruptive and unprofessional, violating my rights as a tenant. I was also told in my home that they wanted to help me move out earlier than my lease allowed, which felt coercive. There seems to be a pattern of disregard for tenant rights and inadequate communication.
