We found out maintenance necessary for our house insurance was not being carried out such as chimney sweeping, and our property manager lied to our faces about this. We also found out our tenants had requested new smoke alarms and been refused, and felt bullied by Quinovic over petty things like fallen leaves even though they were looking after our house and had never missed a rent payment.It seemed like Quinovic had a double standard of unreasonable and petty expectations of the tenants but were not holding up their obligations to either us as owners or the family renting from us.Also found out the branch we were dealing with regularly changes the name they trade under. We suspect to hide their history of being taken to the tenancy tribunal.Did a bit of Googling and found a lot of worrying stuff online. Seem they are taken to the tribunal more than any other property management company and have a history of refusing smoke alarms, bullying tenants, and returning properties in poor condition. Needless to say we are no longer with them.Definitely do your research on Google. There is a reason why they're cheaper than other property management companies. I heard they even write their own positive reviews to try to mitigate all the bad press they've gotten.
