As a property owner, I am facing major challenges with the service. They are unwilling to modify the condominium fee charged to the tenant, asserting that 'the amount stated in the contract prevails', despite my submission of official statements and invoices from the condominium administrator, which clearly show that these fees can fluctuate and are subject to regular increases, not solely dictated by the property owner. Although the lease agreement clearly states that condominium expenses fall under the tenant's responsibility, according to Brazilian tenancy law, the service has indicated that any discrepancies might be deducted from my rental income, improperly shifting the tenant's legal obligations onto me. This matter is currently under dispute on a consumer platform, with all required documentation provided, yet the service has not presented any adequate legal justification for their stance. This has been a deeply disappointing experience for me as a property owner, and I strongly recommend caution to others contemplating renting through this platform.
