As a property owner, I am experiencing significant problems with the service. They refuse to adjust the condominium fee charged to the tenant, maintaining that 'the amount stated in the contract prevails', despite my providing official statements and invoices from the condominium administrator that demonstrate these fees can vary and are subject to regular increases, not determined solely by the property owner. Even though the lease agreement clearly states that condominium expenses are the tenant's responsibility, as per Brazilian tenancy law, the service informed me that any discrepancies might be deducted from my rental payments, unfairly transferring the tenant's legal obligations onto me. This issue is currently being disputed on a consumer platform, with all necessary documentation submitted, yet the service has not offered any solid legal reasoning for their actions. This has been a very disappointing experience for me as a property owner, and I highly advise others to exercise caution when considering renting through this platform.
