After I had paid my $A19.99 subscription to Stylio, I discovered that Stylio only suggested Northern hemisphere winter wardobe garments for the opposite season to ours in Australia (which is a very hot and humid summer). Obviously, Stylio website only caters for Northern hemisphere clients!I sent them a request for a refund of my subscription $$ explaining that their wardrobe suggestions for me were invalid due to oppisite hemispheres.I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THEM IN OVER SIX WEEKS!! AND... no guessing....NO REFUND
