I liked the clothing and outfit ideas. When trying to use the shopping list, a majority of the items were not in stock in my size. I don’t not learn of the out of stock status until leaving Stylio site and I was on the clothing brand website. It seems the primary goal is to shuttle people to clothing brand sites rather than build a wardrobe for paying customers. I didn’t see a place to enter sizes so it could filter what items are in stock.
I checked it out, downloaded the app, and filled in my details. The app indicated I have red hair and grey eyes and need jumpers. In reality, I have grey hair, blue eyes, and requested a wardrobe for a tropical climate. So, I guess it met my expectations... 😂
I’ve always had difficulty finding colors that complement my skin tone, but the service truly got it right! The color suggestions align perfectly with my seasonal style. As an autumn type, the earthy shades like rust, olive, and mustard are exactly what I needed. It has simplified my shopping, and I now feel more confident about my wardrobe. The app really captures my personal style, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it!

The app is wonderful, with a plethora of great options, although some items might feel a bit pricey for what they are. I wish there were more budget-friendly choices or discounts available, but overall, it was a positive experience.
I uploaded my photo, and it claimed I had brown hair and green eyes! I actually have dark brown hair and brown eyes, and my skin tone was darker than what it indicated. I couldn’t find an easy way to correct it. I was SO FRUSTRATED. I initially wondered why it provided the wrong wardrobe colors for my hair and skin tone. I really wanted to like this app. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I did not intentionally subscribe, yet my credit card has been charged monthly. I have reached out to their customer service, but I haven't been reimbursed; they continue to charge me for something I've never used. I haven't even downloaded their app. Beware of this service. It’s entirely AI, and I haven't been able to reach a real person. I hope someone connected with this service actually reads and responds to reviews.
