It wasn’t sent out until 5 days later then the courier said it was delivered and it wasn’t quiz didn’t care that it hadn’t been delivered. When I questioned why they wouldn’t look into it further they told me that they had prove it had been delivered. The photo showed the back of a van and a hand which was a man’s. This was not me I then had a notification to say it had been delivered the next day with a similar photo surprise surprise I still had not recieved my parcel. It was only when i contacted someone that i know who works for Evri and told them what had happened did I finally get my parcel 4 days after the first notification that it had been delivered. Quiz still haven’t followed up to see if I have now recieved it.
