I highly appreciate Jason's help on solving the problem of texting out. I had tried a couple times in the past weeks but my number is still pending from texting out, although all my DLC works had bee approved.I called Quo tech help and Jason showed up. No long he took and my texting out problem solved. Although I would assume there could be some internal setup problem at Quo, I was very happy that Jason solved the problem. I have no intention to complain Quo why my texting out application had been pending (who has never made some problem? Right?). On the contrary I am very grateful Jason helped me out. He's my hero ^^ I sincerely believe Jason deserve a title of best Quo employe. I hope I would received a service survey form Quo so that I may grade a 10 as a return of my appreciation.
