After four months and more than thirty emails with the support team, I am still unable to use the service. Everyone else in my organization has been approved, yet my account continues to be rejected repeatedly, with the platform claiming it is due to my website lacking proper language—despite the fact that the same website has been approved for others in my organization! Those who have been approved have to rely on WhatsApp for calls because the platform's call quality has been highly unreliable. Each time I reach out to customer support about this issue, a different agent responds with the same generic message, causing us to go in circles without any resolution for months. Additionally, I have had to pay for every rejected application. At best, the company appears to be poorly managed with terrible service; at worst, it feels like a scam.
