I signed up for Quo as my business phone provider for a sole proprietorship in Canada. SMS has been non-functional for over a month due to their A2P registration process. That alone is frustrating, but the real problem is customer service.
A month ago, I proposed a solution to the registration issue. Support dismissed it. A month later, after going back and forth, they came back and told me that yes, that is exactly what needs to be done. A month wasted because support did not listen the first time.
Every interaction follows the same pattern: I follow up, I get a polite apology a couple of days later, and then nothing changes. My primary support contact went away and the colleague covering had no context on my case. I was asked to resubmit documents that were already valid.
I eventually gave them a clear 48-hour deadline to resolve the issue. That deadline has passed and I have not received a single response. Not even an acknowledgment.
I have been paying monthly for a core feature I cannot use, and I am now actively evaluating other providers. Support is friendly over email, but friendly does not fix anything when there is no follow-through.
I would not recommend Quo to any small business that needs reliable support when something goes wrong.
