The quality and service did not meet my expectations. My laced shoes broke down just a few days into their first bike packing trip, leaving my right foot completely exposed throughout the journey. Even two months later, I still haven't regained full sensation in my right foot. Although the company acknowledged the defect and confirmed it was under warranty, they did not replace my shoes. They were out of stock in my original size, so I had to accept a pair that cost £37 less than what I initially paid (£133 instead of £170). It was disappointing that no attempt was made to compensate me for the extra £37 I spent. I even suggested receiving cleats and socks of equivalent value, but this was declined.
