Disappointing quality and service. My laced shoes fell apart just a few days into their first bike packing trip, leaving my right foot completely exposed to the elements for the rest of the ride. Over two months later, I still haven't regained full feeling in my right foot. While the company agreed the shoes were defective and covered by warranty, they did not replace them. They no longer had my size available, so I had to accept a shoe that cost £37 less than my original purchase (£133 vs £170). No effort was made to compensate me for the extra £37 I paid, which was very disappointing, as I had proposed to accept cleats and a pair of socks of equivalent value but was refused.
