The quality and service fell short of what I expected. My laced shoes broke down just a few days into their first bike packing adventure, leaving my right foot completely exposed for the duration of the trip. Even two months later, I still haven't fully regained sensation in my right foot. Although the company acknowledged the defect and confirmed it was under warranty, they did not replace my shoes. They no longer had my original size available, so I had to settle for a pair that was priced £37 less than what I originally paid (£133 instead of £170). It was quite disappointing that no effort was made to compensate me for the extra £37. I even suggested receiving equivalent value items, but that suggestion was declined.
